I love this powder! I was worried about the dissolving issue. When I first stirred it in, it did not dissolve. However, I waited a few minutes and it dissolved perfectly. Some other customer said something like "if it's not dissolving in water, it's not dissolving in your body." LOL what? People won't take 3 seconds to fact check the wild nonsense claims they make. Can a steak dissolve in water? And yet your body breaks it down just fine. I searched for the answer and it's likely the calcium or zinc content, both of which can be hard to dissolve depending on factors like temperature. BTW, the second time, I tried dissolving it in a bit of warm water first (and then filling the rest with cold water) and it dissolved even more quickly. I got the raspberry flavor and it's absolutely delicious. Sugar free (stevia sweetened). I'm very happy and will be back for more!

Great taste and value, until the powder gets super hard.. could not use it fully had to throw half container out. Not happy and not worth the money. Very dissatisfied. Edit: To my surprise, seller reached out and refunded me for the powder. Kudos to the company for making this right!

I have no problems with this brand. Nice flavor and it dissolves nicely.

Love it - great flavor and keeps me from have a midday crash

I am not a flavor snob, but this just isn’t tasty. I buy this stuff because it is more palatable than the city water where I live, and a tasty electrolyte mix motivates me to drink water. It doesn’t work. Drinking this is a chore! I fell in love with another product, but they use the cancer-causing folic acid, and I am in the 40% of people with the MTHFR gene and cannot have folic acid, so I switched to this brand. The search for a good tasting, reasonably priced electrolyte mix that will not give 40% of its drinkers cancer continues! Doesn’t it piss you off women were told to use folic acid to prevent birth defects for decades, and now we know it’s a cheap synthetic vitamin that causes cancer? Sucks!

I’ve tried tons of electrolytes and these are by far my favorite. Not too salty like the other and keeps me super hydrated!

At first the sweet smell put me off. I just started keto. Took the 30-day no sugar challenge. Was told to get a good electrolyte. When I opened the container it smelled too sweet to be sugar free. I was slightly disappointed, but thought, hey, I'll only use a little bit, instead of the whole scoop. Then I saw a video of a keto cook. He wears a CGM (continues glucose monitor). Over 30 days he tested 30 brands of electrolytes. Then he showed us the insulin and glucose resonse. He tested this exact one. No spike. No response. And he actually used the whole tiny scoop. I appreciated him doing that. And I appreciate this product. I bought the raspberry flavor. It is soooo good. Thanks.

I'm outside a lot due to my job. Staying hydrated is getting to be troublesome as I am getting older. Gallons of water alone doesn't do it as it once did. Was waking up in the middle of the night with leg or foot cramps quite often. Started using Hi-Lyte Electrolyte Powder 2 hrs. before bed time and I don't have the cramps anymore at least. A glass in the morning and it seems to help me stay hydrated during the day and I am not sweating quite as much as before and don't feel the need to drink gallons of water a day. I would say the product does as intended and I am thankful. The taste however could be improved on in my opinion but tolerable.
