Hi! What do I need to put this bike together? Is it mostly assembled?

It came somewhat disassembled in the sense Handle-Rod, Seat-Rod were separate, but assembly was very easy. I referred to some YouTube videos put up by previous owners, before I undertook the assembly process. Once assembled I took it to a cycle shop to get the chain and brakes adjusted. That was it.

When folding my Dahon Briza D8, how should the handlebar itself be turned before dropping the handlebar post?

Have the wheel straight, release the handle bar lock, then slowly drop the handle bar.
