Just fabulous
It took me a day to read this little book. I think this is a gem. I certainly would read, read and read again. It is just wonderful. The author reminds you many things that we or those we deal with, constantly take our actions for granted. Sometimes, we provide a helping hand to people, but they take us for granted and we may feel guilty by not doing more. That is the guilt conscience. The author wants us not to feel guilty by not doing more (because people are never satisfied, no matter what, they always want more). This book teaches you not to feel the guilt and to be proud of what you have already done. It also wants you not to feel needy. Oh God, I was; always wanted people to say thank you because I lent them a hand, or wanted people to constantly call me. No! just do it and think about something else. Also get rid of that little voice that puts you down all the time. The book also teaches the confidence you yearn for. Yes, I have put into practice what it said. Going into places where I felt uncomfortable. Yes I went there with my family with my heads up. It was like if I own the place. It felt like I did these things for ages. I see myself and my family growing in confidence. It shouldn't take months or years to put these things into practice. Within days you will start feeling a change.People that have read this, should try the book by Antony Robins 'awaken the giant within'.

Nice little book to keep on hand.
I love this little book. I kept in in my purse so I could look at it when I needed a supportive pick-me-up when I was going through a rough time learning a new job. It's good for anytime! I recommend it! Makes a great gift to give yourself or someone you care about!

Good book
For me I thought it was quite good;simple things you can do and practice in your life.Usually simple and obvious things are the things we need to learn the most.
