Very good gel holder use it on half and full marathons. Worth every penny.

Loved this product as I can’t stand gel belts. Too uncomfortable for me. I only wish they could have made this arm pocket with 4, 5 or possibly 6 gel pockets as 3 isn’t enough for a marathon and Iwear an arm band for my phone on the other arm so can’t wear two. Still a great option and very comfortable to wear

Gels fell out within the first 3k was not a happy bunny ..loosing my race fuel only 3k into a 25k run
