I am immediately returning this webcam, because the instructions are microscopic and completely unreadable (please see photo).The webcam may be of good quality, but how am I expected to use the webcam if the instructions are unreadable?More inconvenience with having to return something again on Amazon, which is unfortunately becoming more and more common.

Super easy to use - I just plugged it in to the USB port!Incomparably better, high quality clarity of image. Auto adjusts itself for brightness. I did have to manually adjust the focus, but this was super easy and simply involved turning the ring.I’ve been trying to teach art using a second screen over zoom.One camara from my laptop and the second by signing in to zoom on a separate device. I found image quality very poor on both. I purchased this to help and it’s made an enormous difference! I now use the laptop - the camera to show my face, to see students and to see my 2nd camara (On zoom, I had to go to share screen>advanced>2nd camera)This camara also has a handy little clip at the back which hooks to hold it in place.The picture is so much cleaner, less pixelated and fantastic quality. Wish I’d blooming bought this at the beginning of lockdown!!!

This seemed extremely easy to set up on my windows 10 pc. Basically it's plug and play. The camera works fine on programs such as Skype and messenger however the microphone doesn't. I've tried plugging into numerous ports on the pc and changing the audio settings in the programs themselves and on the pc and I still cannot get the sound to work. Instructions are limited but this should work easy enough. The computer recognises the device, and connects but no voice can be heard. The light for the camera lights up but the microphone light goes off. No idea why this won't work as it should and will be looking at replacing it with a better quality model in the future.

was very surprised on how good it was tbh. very clear video. Definitely recommend. No need to buy expensive webcam and it was so easy to set up. literally attach the usb and off u go!

Although the picture from this web cam is very good quality, unfortunately the sound is so bad as to be unusable - the microphone is on the circuit board screwed to the back of the housing, with just a small hole in the front to allow sound in - unfortunately this results in very very low levels from the mic, and what you can hear is muffled and echo-y. Not worth buying.

I've had to return it. I tried it on a couple of Skype calls, and got complaints of a constant noise like a pneumatic drill. I was using it on an external monitor connected to my laptop, which stays tucked away beside my desk. Opening up the laptop and switching to the internal mic, and camera resolved the problem, so it wasn't connection quality causing the problem.

Operation of this camera is simplicity itself. It's plug and play in the best sense of the phrase - plug in the USB lead and gain automatic access on apps like Zoom, Skype etc. The camera is auto-focusing and has good depth of field and a wide angle of view. We have nothing but praise for this camera.

Unfortunately the sound quality from the built in microphone was very poor and certainly not good enough to use for Zoom meetings. It resulted in the other participants either leaning towards their screens to try and hear what I was saying or turning up their sound, but all to no avail. It may be that it was a faulty microphone and I was just unlucky. After trying it on another PC with the same problem I am returning the webcam as I have now purchased another webcam with a built in microphone from another manufacturer which works very well and with no sound issues. On the plus side set up was straightforward and the camera was good.
