Within 2 days all the pain in my feet was gone.

This brand of insert was recommended to me by a foot surgeon. I was skeptical at first because the inserts seem on the thin side. However, I replaced the insoles in my tennis shoes with these and they do make a difference. I have high arches and occasionally have trouble with my right foot. Now I purchase these every so often!

Second pair in 2 years. Best insoles for super high arches like mine. Im on my feet 10 plus hours a day shop worker clocking in 20k steps a day. Don't buy any other brands!!

These are really good! I like these better than my custom orthotics. You can take their tests to see which kind of arch support you need. I highly recommend them for plantar fasciitis. I wear these daily for my foot health.

Before I got these I tried the green Superfeet insoles that were supposed to be for high arches. However, the arch support on those was nowhere near my arch. If you truly have high arches these will give you the support you need.
