So far the loop has fit every pen I've used, even those with the padded and rubber finger grips on the bottom. The only improvement I would suggest, and this is only a personal preference, would be to make the back part a little longer. Because of where the loop sits, some things that I put it on won't allow me to fully clip it because the loop is in the way (like when I clip it to the cardboard back part of a notepad, the rest of the paper touches the loop so I can't move the clip all the way onto the cardboard). However, even with that initial concern, it still seems to hold firmly even when I can't fully clip it, hence the 5-star rating.

I was going to get a few pen quivers since I keep several notebooks, but then I saw these. Works perfectly. I can see these leaving a bit of a dent on the leather notebooks, but that's a small price to pay for the convienience of never losing your pen again. The spings stretch pretty far, too. I just put a fat dry erase marker through one and it easily slid in.I had to read though a bit to determine whether I wanted the horizontal style (clips on the side) or vertical (clips on top), but I'm glad I took a few minutes to do so.

Love these little things--so simple, so clever, so useful. I use mine to keep a pen with my moleskin flip notebook. When you are shopping for these, please note which direction the holder opens. This one is perpendicular to the holder which works for most notebooks. There are others that are parallel to the holder which left my pen sticking out beyond the edge of the notebook. It just depends on your needs.

These are very well made. The spring adjusts easily to a majority of pens & pencils; even the very larger diameter multi-color pens I use. Rubberized grips take a bit more effort to push through the spring as one might expect. For very smaller diameter items especially non-textured sleek designs, I recommend securing the item after it's pushed through the spring by adding a small elastic band to each side of the item. Shipped very quickly.

Just love these!! They come in vertical or horizontal clip styles and the spring holder expands to hold pens of almost any size. Would make nice inexpensive stocking stuffers. Well made and looks to be holding up well. Think you will be pleased.

These are great. They securely hold my fountain pens, of variable shapes, to my journal and planner. Unlikely to stretch out like elastic ones. I do wish I'd purchased the horizontal/vertical pack instead of just the horizontal.

They are great - however - they just did not work out for my Levenger Circa binder. This is why I did not give them 5 stars...I will have to continue my search for something else :(

These pen clips hold virtually any pen or pencil! I bought them for my family's recent venture into bullet journaling. They clip onto our molskine books perfectly!
