A Ground-Breaking Album from a Ground-Breaking Band
The long-awaited return of Holy F--- is here, and this album was definitely worth the wait. As expected, the beats are innovative and incredible, coming together as a beautiful blend of intensity and melody. What's most exciting here is how the band explores brand new territory. This is a much more "vocal" album, with the band blending a lot of vocals and lyrics into the pulsating electronics. It's not the first time that "words" have appeared in Holy F--- songs, but they are doing a lot more with them this time. They're treated as another instrument, and they work perfectly to paint the grand aesthetic of the album. The album is packed with highlights, especially standout tracks "Xed Eyes" and "House of Glass." There are nine great songs here (plus one minute-long track that helps carry the scene), but nothing on this album is truly meant to stand on its own. This is a great listen, front to back, and the vinyl edition sounds excellent. Put it on your turntable, turn it up loud, and dance all night.

Wooo!!!
Damn this is powerful and propulsive and probably good for working out to. I wouldn't know about that last part, but it does get me up and going. Probably their best in terms of beats and consistency and not letting the energy flag and I can't wait to hear what they come out with next.

Best Holy F--- Yet!
Fantastic album from start to finish. More polish and addition of a few vocals make this my favorite holy f--- album yet. Shivering and House of Glass are my favorites, but every track is solid. My favorite album so far this year.
