Got this for my 82yo independent mom to mop her kitchen floor. Very light weight. East for her to maneuver.

I have a sm kitchen. Used the scrubbing pads 1st. (Floor needed it). Then used the microfiber pads. I sprayed the cleaner directly on the pads. Let the scrubber do the work. Glides with little push/pulling. Advise you to buy another set of pads. I’m ordering an extra set. They wash well & dry quickly. So EZ to use. Charge is good for 90 min. I cleaned the bathroom floor quickly. Will use in the showers & light enough to scrub the wall tiles.

It gets the job done and works well for what I need. I have mobility issues and this was well worth the price to help clean the bathroom and kitchen floors. It is easy to use, maneuver, and assemble as advertised. It did do an adequate job cleaning the floor and was a great help. I can sit in my chair and clean the floor without over-taxing my energy level. It is self-propelled and moves across the floor with ease. The drawback for me is the pads that are designed to scrub don't have scrubbing power. I was able to use thicker pads that came from my drill/brush kit. They attach with the same velcro and work so much better for stubborn stains. This was my reason for 4 stars in the overall rating. Better and thicker pads would be wonderful. (You should remember to use a safety pin to clean the fibers out of the velcro to keep the attachment tight). The product was well worth the price and I am very happy I invested in this. I'm curious to see how long the durability and longevity will last.

Washing the floor can be a challenge, especially after back surgery. I picked this set up on sale and decided to give it a try. I am impressed! Not only did it do an excellent job, it was very easy to use as it is self-propelled. The set comes complete with several types of pads for everything from regular cleaning to heavy-duty scrubbing. The pads can then be tossed in the washer and are ready for the next use. I am so glad I decided to try this, and I would recommend it to others, especially seniors who may find it difficult to wash floors on their own.

a friend told me about this mop so i had to get it ! i picked a utility room / main entrance everybody comes in and out through . it easily glides across the floor.very light weight easy to handle it does pretty good i must say . But as you can see the points of pressure the entire cleaning pad dose not touch the floor and this mop spins so this tells me it’s doing half the job ! this is good for very light work . not much more . you cannot submerge it in water . you are supposed to spray your cleaner in the microfiber pads. The entire pads are not touching your surface that’s a waste to me personally. . would i buy this again ?? It’s a definite maybe! because you have to stop take off the pads and rinse thoroughly and often . Now my whole house does not get this dirty but even in normal mopping situations your only get half of the job done and it will take longer to get the same area clean as it would a traditional mop. this design needs to be revamped to have the entire mop touch the floor . This is a great idea but executed poorly . i don’t see this being a big help if it takes me longer to do the job . piss poor design if you ask me

When I received the Police Mop I thought it wasn't going to clean effectively but "Boy does it clean great, light weight, easy to use and the charge lasts long. I highly recommend the Police Mop!

The first time I used it was good, the second time I tried to use it was bad. It will only work if the handle is horizontal to the floor and since I’m not six inches tall I can’t use it. As soon as I lift the handle to a normal working position the power stops. If I lower the handle to the floor, it starts working again. Apparently when this machine was made a mistake was made in the wires.

Easy to assemble and charge up. No messy dripping mop to deal with. I have a torn rotator cuff and a herniated disc in my neck, and I was still able to use this. It moves a little on it's own, so it is easy to manuever around. Lightweight, and pads are washable. It has no water tank, which personally, I like (no mess), so you have to spray cleaner or drizzle water on the floor, but I don't mind that at all, but maybe you would. It's a five for me, maybe a four for you. I'm buying another right now for a friend! If anything goes wrong in the future, I will update.

The floor police mop is unbelievable. I wish I had discovered it earlier in life. I use it for high-end engineered hard wood, ceramic kitchen tile and even my old marble bathroom tiles. I tried the scrubber pads to remove hardwater stains on my glass walled shower, and together with cleaning strength vinegar, I was amazed that that glass walls look perfect now after just 10 minutes. It didn't scratch the glass (but I would be cautious to test it on a new bathroom. My shower is old so I was less concerned about scratches). I have shoulder injuries and I bought this so I could clean. It was totally worth the money (can't speak to how long it will last yet bit even if it isn'tlong lasting Im happy).

I have oiled hardwood floors that require a special cleaner. It was a pain in the butt to try to spread it around and then evenly mop it up. This is a godsend! it doesn't have a light on the front like some of the others, nor does it have an attached sprayer, but these are just more things that can go wrong. It glides along effortlessly with no force at all. I use it with one hand, and spray the cleaner with the other. Battery life is good. Charger is a mini-barrel adapter, my only wish is that it had a charging stand, but for the price I'm not complaining. Five Stars!

Cleaned hard wood floor. after use installed the charger and nothing happened. motor would not turn. threw it away and lost $116. never again.
