Q: Is this a dumb question? Does it come with curlers?

Not a dumb question, but perms nowadays pretty much come with curling solution and neutralizer on[y, nothing else. No curlers, no end papers, and you/re lucky if you can find the directions! They are now printed on the inside of the box, in this case, it's orange. Throw nothing away until you're sure you received everythinglisted under the congtentgs on the package.

Q: Inside the box of directions #3 said preheat dryer, my question is it this appreciation needs heat?

Not that I know of. I use this perm as a cold wave. I don't sit under the dryer. My hair is short so I leave in for 15 minutes. I have used this per for several years. I get a perm every 3 months.

Q: Can you use this on straight hair men to get tight curls ?

The size of the curl depends on using a very small curler, plus the length of processing time. Read the directions carefully. Plus make sure you prep your hair for it.

Q: Is this perm for sensitive skin and does it have an odor

I am not sure if it is for sensitive skin but I have sensitive skin and I had no problems. The order is typical of a gentle perm. After 48 hours you can wash it and no smell remains.
