Haven't tried any of the recipes yet, there will be one I'll try this week though. Bought the book from a reseller not new but in really good shape. Had bought the Kindle version that was cheaper, however, I prefer to have a tangible item when it comes to recipe books. All the recipes look to be very tasty, may be some ingredients I'll have to substitute because of availability and cost but no biggie. May be some I won't try because of ingredients but I'm sure it'll be another go to collections of ideas to choose from.

Great book for those of us wanting to “retreat from meat”. Even some gluten free recipes for breads for me who has a wheat allergy.Recipes are tasty and pretty easy for a novice cook like myself. I would buy this book as a gift as well.
