Works well for a nice calming and mellow feel. Taste isn't the best when made as a tea unless you add milk and honey.

Chill the f* out (first of all love the name) has been a godsend for me. It truly does what it’s supposed to do. I feel so calm and at home in my body when drinking this. I like to get creative making yummy elixirs with my Apothekary blends, adding some cacao for more chocolate flavor and a tiny bit of honey for some sweetness. (The hand mixer is a must!) This has become a special part of my day where I get to slow down and take some time for myself. 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought this because I started a new job and have been experiencing a lot of anxiety before going in andI hoped this would help. For me, it had the opposite effect. I got incredibly nervous, like I was about to go on stage and give a presentation (I hate public speaking). My heart was racing, my adrenaline was going, my chest felt weird... This nervousness lasted for about an hour and a half before it faded, I was relaxed for about twenty minutes, and then my anxiety came back. My husband tried it and didn't notice any effects, positive or negative. I have no doubt this product would work for some people, but sadly it didn't work for me. I've seen other reviewers complain about the taste. I tried it in some hot chocolate and I didn't taste anything strange, just the smallest hint of mint. The smell was a little strange, but the taste was fine.

This tastes like dog puke. Not that I have tasted dog puke, but this is what I imagine dog puke would taste like. I like earthy, natural flavors but this is diabolical. And BTW, not eligible for refund or return. Seriously, grody. (No, sweetener doesn't help....no amount of sweetener). This is a complete waste of money. I would pay not to have to drink it.

I loved the packaging and the ease of the minis! I follow them on Instagram and I love the glass but these seemed a better fit for on the go and less of a mess.The flavor is very unpleasant by itself. You can scan the QR code at the top for different recipes which is so cute but my primary issue was that it is very hard to drink by itself. I put mine into coconut water and I would go with the other recommendations like coffee.

More of a noticeable mellow feeling than a few other blends I have tried, worked well for a long work day.

Ok so as many people said, this tastes like dirt. It is true. It is however easy to chug it, at least for me. What it is supposed to do I am not sure. I only had it at night and I think it made me more sleepy although it might have been placebo. Does it replace alcohol? Hell no. Not comparable at all so if that's what you are trying to get go to the liquor store.

Used as a wine sub, and really like it blended with ice and almond milk.
