Solid resistance bands at 1/2 the price of the Wodfitters
These bands are solid. When I bought them a few months ago I was comparing them to the more expensive Wodfitters. I wasn't able to find many video reviews of these particular ones, but looking at the reviews here I just decided to take a little risk. As per reviews below, these do the job of the more expensive Wodfitters at almost half the price. Seems like now they're $60 compared to the $109 for the Wodfitters. I can definitely attest that these are worth it. Save your money. They haven't broken on me yet and I've been using them fairly frequently. If anything changes, I'll be sure to change my review. You can tie them around any pole seamlessly and do any variety of workouts (just go to Youtube to see what's available). Also look at video reviews of loop resistance bands to see how to do that. Lastly, I now see that there are similar bands from a company called Odoland which are $45. These might be worth exploring as well, though I don't anticipate buying a 2nd pair anytime soon. Up to you if you want to try those out.

5-Star Large Bands, 3-Star Minis
The large 41" bands are excellent and so far have performed as expected. These are perfect for workouts while traveling, as they pack easily and are versatile enough to provide full-body benefits even if you are without a gym or other equipment.I was fully expecting the mini versions to be different resistances as well, but they all seem to be the same - very disappointing, as I would use the minis just as much as the full-sized ones but it's uncomfortable to stack 3-4 bands to get what I need.Bottom line: the big bands are worth it, but look elsewhere for the minis.

Fair price and good quality
Products arrived well-packaged and as expected. Good quality items (although I have only used them a couple of times) that do what they're supposed to. I use thick green or purple band for pull-ups and thick black and red bands, as well as the smaller/lighter bands for mobility, strength resistance training.Only complaint I have it that the material is relatively slippery, leading to the thick bands sliding off my leg during pull-ups and the thin bands rolling up when on my legs, etc. However, this product is the best price I have found on Amazon and would recommend.

WARNING: mini bands are all the same (weak) resistance.
I bought this set because I wanted a proper set. The five main pull up bands in various resistances, and the same with the mini bands. Just like EVERY OTHER multi band set. But no, that would be too easy, can't have that. All the mini bands that come in this set are the exact same extra light resistance. What's the point in including so many then? I'm pretty darn irritated to be honest, no other set does this, and had I know, I would have purchased from another vendor. It's either a gross oversight or being intentionally misleading, and neither quality is something I want from a seller.I give it 3 stars because the big bands are great. But if you want a proper set, get these items separately from somewhere else. Then you can have the proper graduated resistance mini bands that should have been included in the first place.

Good quality, amazing price.
Great product so far at half the price of other vendors.UPDATEI have had these for 7 and 1/2 months as if this writing and use these several times a week. I use the red and black to warm up with before gracie jiujitsu 3-4 times per week. And I use the entire set once to twice a week for total body resistance training and mobility. Even with all this abuse they are not showing any signs of wear. I will be buying a second set soon in order to work advanced double band set up movenents.

Small tear
Worked great, packaged well, but my purple band had a small tear in it. It isn’t a big deal at this point, but it will affect how long that band will last. When you are paying that much for a simple product you expect perfection.

Free mini-loop band snapped....main bands feel stiff...
Main bands :These are my first exercise bands I owned, so I don't know much about them.Feel a little stiff, like they need breaking in otherwise they will snap...maybe this is normal. Will try them for assisted pull-ups later. But so far so good...thumbs up...Free mini-loop bands :These were sticking to their plastic wrapping. Not a good indication of current quality.Even when separated from wrapping they came in, the rubber kept sticking to each other...The black one snapped after about 20 stretches...not very stretched out either. I tried to take the loose ends to try to tie them together and another rubber piece snapped off...Oh well, they were free...

Plenty of other uses besides pull-ups
I really got these to use for many other gym exercises other than pull-ups. They have been great so far and have added a new dimension to my routines which has actually produced a lot of variety and thus satisfaction. The large blue band was a great bargain within the set (price-wise) although it actually represents a very high level of resistance for what I use it for so I am working my way up to that one.The little bands seemed to have no major use at the beginning, but I am really enjoying them now (for leg exercises).

Misleading
Its just the red band which is a very basic one unable to provide enoigh resistance. Not worth the price.
