Wow...it only took two days for me to feel increased mobility in my shoulders and arms! For so long I've not been able to extend my shoulder blades, or bend my arms backward to reach high up on my back when I'm trying to scratch an itch. I have rheumatoid and my joints are literally deteriorating every single day. I have to try what I can to help relieve the stiffness and pain. This is a German product and the package is in German but it does have a sticker with description and instructions in English.
