Love the brand
This is the second knife I bought of this brand. The kiritsuki blade is really nice and this boning nice is also great. I didn't even have to sharpen the blade, it comes really sharp. I barely stroked the blade across the chicken and it sliced effortlessly through the meat. The knife is so sharp that I'm a little skiddish around it, and place the blade between the plastic slits meant to hold plates up.

Quality
A well presented and packaged knife. Used for the past few weeks and thoroughly satisfying to hold and use. Retains a blade well and easily cuts those tomatoes people are so fond of showing on knife tests. My only reservation is that I would have liked to see the blade tapered towards the handle. Just the last 5mm to eliminate the risk of a cut from the sharp 90 degree Ashe at the blades rear.Otherwise superb
