I have never had a problem with a white spot. I do let it dry before I get dressed which takes just seconds.

how many times are you supposed to apply it a week?

I apply every time I shower since I will wash off the deodorant which has been applied . It can last for awhile as long as you do not wash it off--- longest for me has been two possibly three days -- if I take a bath and not a shower
