It seemed to enhance mental clarity and I didn’t notice any bad side effects.

I use this to keep my cystic acne at bay along with Pantothenic Acid. Good product! Can't live without it!

Product was o.k. but it didn't really do anything for me. not bad product, just not for me.

I can't tell if it's actually having an effect or if I've placebo-ed myself into believing it has an effect but I take a couple in the morning (especially when attempting an intermittent fast...) and my brain is a whole lot less foggy than when I dont. It's possible that changing (improving) the types of food I eat help too but from a purely anecdotal report: I took my A L-Carn in the morning, ate really healthy that day (talking mad amounts of salmon, slow digesting vegs - carrots- and my dark leafys - broccoli) and did a fair amount of weightlifting exercise too, but the next day I forgot to take my A L-Carn and I was cranky and exhausted. To make up for being all foggy headed that day, I ate a lot of fast processed carbs (I'm talking buckets of sugar), still felt crabby, and did a cardio intense workout later than evening (better at that point with energy to spare), but the next day I took my A L-Carn and was definitely not nearly as cranky and exhausted.

So I take these for focus. I have ADHD and kids so it's always an uphill battle. I notice a huge difference on the days when I forget to take it, as does my husband. If you're finding you have trouble focusing throughout the day give it a try. This brand is cost effective.

2nd bottle, I feel good, can't explain it but it feels like something is working, I also take Ginkgo, coq10, multivite gummy w/DHA and folic acid, Vit D 1000 mg per day and alpha l-lipoic acid. Good mix I think, something is working! Been taking all of these fora solid 3 months.I am also very sensitive to anything I take and nothing makes me feel bad (except for the B6/folic acid liquid I take a few times per week makes me sick to my stomach a little so I have to eat a large lunch before I take it)

I bought it bc I read it's good for constipation and fibromyalgia. I did make me go to the bathroom and gave me a lot of energy but... It also made me tighten up my muscles over my WHOLE body and gave me anxiety. As soon as I stopped taking it, everything went away Unfortunately, including the bowel movements. It seems like most people like this supplement but the disadvantages outweighed the advantages for me

Gave it 5 stars because I actually do feel a lot different than before. I'm recommending this to friends and so far they have just started. First time trying this and with MRM , I'm sticking with them on their other supplements for a while. Yes, I do feel more focused.
