I'm still not sure about this sushi kit, used it one and it was quite messy tbh... Not really worth it for a bit of fish and rice... Can't return it cause its already used so I might as well try using it again... The price is ok

Big tome savour.
The heart shape and the round shape is good. The square one is tricky to cut. Its a huge time saver if you want to make bigger quantities

Useless
Awful! Despite using spray oil to grease the equipment the sushi roll still stuck to it, the slats did not allow the knife to cut well at all, despite "resting" the roll for several minutes... this left it all impossible to remove without spoiling the roll.Its both much cheaper (around £1 in supermarkets) and EASIER to use a simple bamboo rolling mat.

Got this for Christmas gift
I got this for my sister for Christmas. She hasn't used it yet, but I looked at it and it looks perfect for what she wants. I hope she makes all the sushi and enjoys.
