An all encompassing experience for those who have known the disease in any way
The experience shared by the author help u achieve an understanding of the problem which seems to have no defined solution .Like all chronic disease one needs to live with it and maintain the essence of staying happy. The writer does justice to the illness as well as those who may suffer from it directly on indirectly. Many congratulations to Dr Nanda for this write

Honest depiction of that phase of Her life
A sincere and an honest recollection of that phase of Dr. Nanda's life ...For someone who've always strived to be the best at whatever they're doing.. and then suddenly life hits really hard..firstly, it takes a lot of courage to honestly share whatever has happened, as most people don't feel comfortable to share the low points of their life and talk mainly about the good points..But this book talks honestly about the dark phase of her life and how she overcame the challenges posed by fibromyalgia step by step.. and her eventual foray into complete recovery.....It's a very good read, if you are looking to know more about fibromyalgia.. and a mindset one needs to have to overcome any challenges in life..

My interaction with Dr Nanda - author of the book
I’ve been suffering from chronic stomach inflammation also joints & muscles from over 20 years. No Doctor could help. When I met Dr Nanda at Apollo Spectra hospital she examined & advised food allergy, Vitamin D tests. Based on reports & symptoms Dr instantly diagnosed & put me on right medication, complete change of diet & lifestyle; which is of immense help. Thanks to Dr Nanda.
