GREAT PRODUCT
I have purchased 2 of these during the winter when my old heaters gave out. The temperature setting is a bit frustrating when you turn it on, but I think that is just the nature of a ceramic heater. The second one that I bought gives a little bit of an irritating noise when oscillating but no big deal. This unit warms up a large area FAST! But what I love the most is that it seems to be the SAFEST heater I have ever owned. This heater is 5 STAR SUPER!

Overall it's been worth the money we spent
I've been pretty pleased with this little heater. Although it doesn't heat up my entire screen porch (15x19).... it works fine to sit nearby it on a chilly morning while I take in my cup of coffee. As the temps are getting warmer, I am finding that it functions quite nicely as a fan as well. Provides a nice little cool (not cold) breeze in the heat of day.I like that I can control the temps (hi and low) and the oscillating feature is nice too in case i want to share some heat/breeze with husband in the next chair over π€π. Overall I think it's been a purchase worth my money spent

I was prepared to be mad...
Okay so was totally prepared to review this and be mad. Because when it showed up it was clear that it wasn't brand new. The bottom was scuffed so somebody probably returned it. So that's the reason why it doesn't have five stars. So background I have a 100 year old row home. It has an addition on it that was probably an Old Carriage House. I bought a thermometer from Amazon and at its lowest it registered 49 degrees in that room while the rest of the house was about 70. Placed this little guy in the corner of that room turn it on walked away. Came back about an hour later room was at 71 degrees! We will see how long it works and I'll update you again. As of right now worth the price. Just would have liked to brand new one. I can't read the remote yet because I haven't used it.

Don't buy this, 2 out of 3 had to be sent back
Bought one mostly because the design met my needs. Liked it enough to order a second one. That one didn't heat up. Sent it back. Received another one that looked like it was recovered from the Titanic. One of the screw holes was cross threaded so it couldn't be assembled properly and the top flopped around. Sent it back and bought a different product from a different company. What a pain.

Okay for the price
I had a really good tower heater from Lasko that was great but after 4 years I thought it was time to get a new one. I have been having trouble finding a tall tower heater that oscillated for a while and then they found this one. It was the only one that I could find that was the height I liked and a great size for my bedroom. It's not a horrible heater but I don't love it either. It warms the room very quickly which I love. My other heater had a thermostat and when it hit the temperature it would shut off and then when it dropped 2οΎ below the temperature I set it to it would turn back on, which I liked because it saved on power because it wasn't running the whole time. This heater has a thermostat that you can set only buy the remote so if you lose the remote or the remote breaks you're outta luck. I normally set my thermostat to around 71 with the this heater I have to set it to 75 because it does not turn off once it hits the desired temperature. It switches to fan mode once it hits the desired temperature and the fan cools down the Room about 4οΎ lower and then the heater kicks on again. So if you're looking for something energy efficient I definitely wouldn't suggest this one. It's not extremely loud but it's not as quiet as they make it out to be with the picture with it in the baby's Room and the Led lighting is also pretty bright, I have light sensitivity and there is no dimming function and I cannot cover it because it's touch sensitive. I was going to return it but unfortunately I can't find another heater in this price range that I like so I will keep it this year and probably be buying another one next year.
