Pet King Brands ZYMOX Oratene Brushless Toothpaste Gel for Dogs and Cats, 2.5oz

I have two pugs older than 5y. My oldest has rotten dragon breath and that’s being kind lol I have tried a few different products over the last year from 2 highly rated water additives (she knows it is in there and refuses to drink), to different dog toothpastes and brushes as well as finger brushes. All were like working a second job in the mines- intense. Not to mention nothing worked great. Sure in person could have forced them over time but not with it to me- she already had bad anxiety and I’m not gonna make it worse.That’s when I found the Zymox mouth gel. I was intrigued that you just put a small strip on their gums and let it work. The reviews were solid as well. I had my order delivered 01/18 and have been using it on both dogs at least every other day (sometimes more frequent) for a lake less than a month as I write this. I usually insert the tube tip into their upper cheek on both sides at the gums and do about 1/4” on each side. They both let me easily which seriously shocked me, so extra star for this gel if I could! They like the taste and actually look forward to me using this like a treat. Now here’s where I’m really impressed…They no longer have that rotten mouth smell. Is not quite puppy breath but it’s normal! I never thought I would find a product that actually works!! I’m going to continue to use this as an every other day routine.I do want to warn of one small thing though when you start using this; your dogs breath might get worse before it gets better. Her mouth was so bad the first 2 weeks of use and then it just smelled better and fresher. I think the enzymatic action is removing the build up and junk and that’s why it smelled worse and then once it was removed, the breath/mouth has a normal smell.This is truly a miracle product that saved me a vet trip and having to put the dog under sedation for a teeth cleaning which has big risk.If your dog is picky or finicky with tooth brushing, def give this gel a try.

I wish I had taken a before picture. It seems to be getting rid of the plaque on my dog’s teeth very well! The best thing is that it does not upset her sensitive stomach. She only weighs 10 pounds so I don’t use very much at all. It’s working! Her teeth cleaner and her breath is better.

Best I’ve found. The dogs don’t mind the flavor (there is none), and their teeth seem much healthier. I get their teeth cleaned annually, but there has been much less tarter since I’ve been using this product.We are on our 4th tube!

I've had a struggle keeping and removing plaque deposits from my kitties teeth for the past 4 years until last week when I started using this product. Now the plaque deposits are much much smaller and white where before they were an orangish brown from their prescription dry food that they must eat but it sticks like glue on their teeth. The rest of their teeth are sparkling white also after using this product for only ten days. They also love the taste.Only con is I'm waiting to hear back from Zymox concerning a few of the ingredients. I will update after their response.I have a question for them as to what exactly is Glyceryl Methacrylate. What function does it serve in toothpaste and most importantly is it dangerous for our pets. Still haven't gotten a response from Zymox.

Rub a small amount on the gums and it works great! I give her an Oravet Dental Chew after and no stinky breath and good looking teeth. She loves these

My older dog has Dental issues and due to pancreatitis cannot have bones anymore. I use this on nights when I'm too tired to brush her teeth. I'm not sure it's really helpful but it feels like better than doing nothing
