According to this site, this cap should fit a 2005 Jeep Liberty 2.4L. It does not. Otherwise, it appears to be an OK product. I've ordered a Gates 31836, which according to this site "does not fit your ...." but does according to Gates. I don't suggest using this site for matching parts to this vehicle as has been incorrect on oil filters as well.

...gascap light is always on. It seems it does not seal perfectly.

Not a tight seal.
Gas cap allowed enough gas fume leakage to set off sensors. Had to remove.

Inseguridad
No me gusto ya que no tiene ninguna seguridad, lo pedí porque quería ponerle llave a mi tanque de gasolina, pero no sé bloquea,es fácil de abrir. De que sirve que tenga llave si cualquier persona lo puede abrir. si pudiera darle 0 estrellas se lo daba.
