Basic attic access need.
Ok, not a glamorous item, but well made and sturdy. Bought an old house and one pull on the old cord just produced dust and a clock to the nose! Enough cord, that will last long past my old body, and adjusted it for perfect distance. A satisfying buy and saved running around hardware stores where the young clerks could not fathom what I was looking for.

Labeled as a Liftmaster replacement emergency release cord. It looks like the worn original cord I replaced but it is noticeably shorter.

Works great.
Garage door company want $135 to come install this on a girlfriends garage door. What a ripoff. Hardest part of the installation was getting the stepladder out of the back of the truck. She's happy and so am I. :)

Good quality and value
Nice quality, better than the one it replaced. It satisfied my home inspector. I did have to drill out the tab on my old garage door opener arm, the hole was too small. No biggie

Perfect Match
Our builder lost one of the two emergency release cords to our two garage doors, and never replaced it. This one perfectly matched the existing one and completed the pair. A little pricey vs just some paracord and wood handle, but worth it if you like things to match OEM.

Exactly what I needed
I recently snapped the old pull-cord while replacing some garage door parts, and this is exactly what I needed to finish the project. Super simple to install and there's more than enough slack if you need it (we have a 7' door and this cord is about 2x longer than we need - easy to adjust)
