Corkys Footwear Womens WSL Buckle Wedge

I actually love this brand and I bought their flip flops too (which I LOVE), but I have to say I’m pretty disappointed with these; not because of comfort but because I’ve only had them 4 months and they’re already falling apart!! :( I expected them to last AT LEAST a year. I’ve attached pics to show where they are separating from the cork part. I love the comfort but that was a huge let down.

I absolutely LOVE this shoe. I ordered the black leather ones here after trying on and buying the brownish-copper ones at a department store. I'm glad I tried them on in person before buying because they run large. I'm normally a 9 (rarely an 8.5) in most running and stylish shoes, but a solid size 8 in THESE wedges fit perfectly. I think that this is because the cork-like sole is a bit squishy and allows for you to imprint on it, making more room after several wears. The strap is velcro which also allows more room. Therefore, the 9's actually felt a little loose. These shoes look fancy and fashionable, but they FEEL like a comfy slipper. I have knee and foot pain sometimes and can not wear high heels or normal wedges without getting knee pain afterwards. These cause no pain and I can wear them for hours.

Serious mfg issues with these shoes. On the first pair I received, the “receiving” portion of the Velcro that is supposed to be sewn onto the shoe strap was not even attached on one shoe. It just flapped around. I thought probably a fluke and exchanged for a new pair. On the second pair, one of the shoes was sewn, but the other was not. There is definitely something going on with the manufacturing and/or quality control, which is a shame because the shoes are cute and comfortable. I might try a different Corkys style, but feeling hesitant.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own which is why I wanted to love them, but they are sweaty. The upper is not leather and must be cheap man made material because I have lots of other shoes that aren't leather that don't make my feet sweat. I'm at work right now and have them off under my desk because the tops of my feet are sticky.I found the fit to be typical and I haven't had any quality issues as mentioned in other reviews.The foot bed is a dream, so comfy! All shoes should have this stuff. In fact if you're interested in flip flops with this EVA foam check out Yellow Box Shoes.For 35.00 shoes I guess I expected the materials to be better. The sweatyness makes me think of Payless Shoe Source shoes..yuk.

I was really excited about these shoes b/c a friend already ordered them and loves them. Read a review that the straps/velcro were not high quality but really wanted these shoes so I ordered them anyway. I took them out of the box to try them on and the velcro ripped right off the the strap as I pulled it apart... so I couldn't even wear them for 2 minutes. I was sooooo disappointed. I did put the other shoe on it was very comfortable... but obviously can't keep them with faulty velcro.

Easily the most comfortable wedge I have ever owned! I am a teacher and on my feet all day. I can keep them on til the end of the day! My pinky toes were a little sore the first few days but once I broke in the leather everything was fine. My foot also made a sucking sound when I walked (annoying and embarrassing) but that also went away once my foot found their groove in the cushion. People complained that their Velcro was broken but mine came fully intact. I get a lot of compliments!

I bought these shoes in March 2020. I have a job where I dress up everyday so I do not wear them alot, however they are already tore up. The bottom of the shoe where the ball of your foot is has broken and the "cork" is coming off. The corking part is just a very thin layer glued to the shoe. I loved these shoes ALOT. They wore great very comfortable, but unfortunately they have already broken and I havnt wore them but a handful of times. For the price of these they should have lasted longer than 2 months especially if they are not worn everyday. Very disappointed..

Most comfortable shoe ever!!! I have plantar faciaitis and I wear these all day comfortably and can even run in them! Have several in different colors. True to size and quick delivery, overnight!!
