Fantastic braid. Never used anything better
Best braid I’ve ever used. I’ve been a power pro v2 guy up until now. This braid is smoother, more durable, quieter through the guides, doesn’t absorb water. Also super strong. I use this as mainline with a leader using uni to uni. Never had a break off on the leader knot or on the braid itself. PP v2 is fantastic braid IMO but it starts to get frayed pretty easily and then starts to soak up water which I hate. The Sufix 131 has not frayed on me yet and I’ve gone through a good thousand or two casts with it.I’ve only used the 30lb test and it has not failed. I use this on a shimano chronarch mgl paired with a medium+ poison adrena and it is a thrill to cast over and over.Can’t wait for Sufix to come out with more colors. Would love a Hi vis yellow down the road.

Best braid you can buy and yes, worth the money
Not only does this cast like a dream, it is durable and lasts forever. I have a Shimano Curado DC (my favorite reel) spooled with 20 lb. This is the third season and it’s like new. I think it’s just broken in. I fish ALOT. Mostly in salt water. I fish marshes in a kayak filled with oyster beds. The stuff never frays and will not break. I’m spooling everything else I have with it. I won’t have to worry about spooling for 5 years I figure!
