BEIYI Hooks Hanger Rack Wall Mount Stainless Steel Chrome-plated (10 Hooks)

This review is for the "BEIYI 10 Hook Rack Wall Mount Stainless Steel Chrome-plated." The item I received is poorer quality than the posted product image. Unlike the product image posted, it did not have a smooth finished appearance. All the ball tips on the top hooks were not smooth rounded and some places of the rack was not evenly coated with the "chrome plating." This item also had black grease residue that came off when handling it. The metal back piece is thin enough that it bends easily. While I believe once installed it would be sturdy enough to support the max capacity listed weight of 33 pounds I did not find the appearance acceptable enough to keep this item. The sub-standard item I received is worth a fraction of the price listed. I am truly disappointed this product is not better quality as I was finally hoping to have found a nice looking durable hook rack for my bathroom door. This leaves me wondering how this got such good ratings by so many people.

Cheap and flimsy. Do not buy. It's all plastic and will break in no time. Even with the lightest towel on the middle rack, the center falls forward from the weight.

works well, kinda cheap, but holding still!

I bought this product because I was doing an updo in my bathroom. It turns out to be a good buy. Slightly flimsy but very doable. I ended up removing it from my bathroom and using it behind my doors in my bedroom. It looks better holding things like scarves and belts rather than towels. The towels look bunched up when hung on this rod. Doesn't really look eye pleasing to my taste. Overall it was a good buy.

Flimsier then expected

It will do the job, but the quality is not great.

Arrived rattling in a rather oversized box. The back plate is barely 1mm thick and was distorted in several places in 2 planes though this was mostly correctable with some careful bending. The chrome finish was uniform and bright but served to highlight the poor finish of the underlying steel (such as the clipped-off ends of the thick wire used for the hooks). 2 of the hooks (once tightened up) were set at a noticeable angle; as they are screwed in from behind at 2 points, this isn't really fixable. A shame as the overall look is good but QC seems a bit slipshod and the backplate doesn't feel like it could take the rated 15kg without distorting again - returned for refund.

Product received quickly and looked fantastic but on closer examination one of the hooks has been soldered appallingly and a replacement hook finished properly is required

This does the job with buts im lucky I have good tools to fix it as I wouldn't sit flush on the wall so it would rock when screwed and the fixings were useless I used my own once I sorted it no problempfoblem sad really as the item is a good looker, by tools I mean a bench grinder it hadn't been dressed t the rear on manufacture.Good looking product used my bench grinder to dress the back up so it would sit flush on the wall used my own screw fixings.

It is a good product considering the price. We had to search for hours and did not find a better coat rack product at this affordable price. If you want value product for your hard earned money than look no further and go with this one. Delivery is prompt and customer service enquiry by email was prompt and helpful.

It looks OK but it is slightly flimsy. Won't take much weight really as the back plate is, as I said flimsy. Shame really because it looks pretty good. Just don't expect to hang a winter coat on it for too long. The screw cover tops don't fit if the screws are properly properly tightened either. It's up now and it'll stay but I wouldn't buy another.

Very surprised if anyone ever paid £97 for this! It is only worth £12 at the most, it is very light & quite flimsy & the finish is not smooth as you would expect but a bit poor & pitted. OK for the £12 I paid, but I would not have been happy paying any more and it doesn't look as strong as in the picture or as well finished. Arrived very quickly and excellently packaged but wouldn't buy again.

This product is made of very cheap metal, it bends extremely easily in your hands. It comes with some attempt of a wall plug, but they're so cheap and nasty I ended up using my own. Despite it being of very poor quality it is doing the job intended and my coats haven't fallen all over the floor yet. Although I think it's only a matter of time before I come down in the morning to find that this has happened.

Very flimsy. Will need to be replaced very soon as won't be able to hang coats or towel on. As don't be sale to withstand the weight. Didn't realise how flimsy it was at time of purchase as didn't use it straight away. Would have sent it back if i'd have checked it properly initially. Definately not worth the price. Overpriced for what it is.

Due to the metal plate is thin & flimsy and thay thee only two points to secure this to the wall, the play does not stay flush when you hang any kind of weight on it. Also the the plastic washers warp flat if you attempt to tighten the screws, which means the chome screw covers do not fit! Additionally the hooks weren't on straight and had to be hammered back into position. Doesn't get 1 star only for the fact that it was delivered unscathed and on time during Christmas period by Fedex.

I bought one of these 12 months ago and its proved strong & durable. Consequently I've bought another two during this period and each one performs well. Shiney finish. Doesn't bend when loaded. I'm very pleased and highly recommend the product.

Quite a nice clean look to it , I think it's a bit flimsyAnd could have done with another screw hole in the middle for more support .Quite good quality but could have been better

Just about worth the £10 I paid for them ......... would never dream of paying the alegedly £90 RRP for this !It's chrome plated, not platinum plated.

I bought this coat hook set after much searching, thus far it has proved a good buy, with six coats hangers in use without any problems, if asked could it be improved, I would have a thicker base plate.

Great value, easy to fix to wall and plenty strong enough to hang lots of coats on,All you can ask for from a coat hook rail
