Dragonpad is simply made, yet it's the best buy!
The Dragnpad Pop Filter is simple yet does great at what it's supposed to do! It is what it is a basic pop filter but it is easy to set up and use. I love the circumferance of the Dragon pad and the quality of the pad itself. It is clean, soft and filters out pop sounds and the hissing breathy sounds perfectly. On one hand it is great on the other though it is bad, for some reason the Dragonpad's stand clip/tightner isnt the best. I find myself many times repositioning its stand onto my desk because it just doesn't always stand where i placed it. Although during long recording sessions it isn't really a problem! The In my preferance the goosneck is the best that I have come around because it's design is again simple but it gets it's job done very well. I get to position the Dragonpad to where my mic is with ease and there are no complications... unless your Dragonpad stand is loosened for no apparant reason. In all it was the best pop filter for the buck and it's a trusted brand that you won't regret buying the Dragonpad anytime!

Glad I "popped " for this... lol...
The media could not be loaded. Five bucks! Five bucks! I was using an old hanger and stocking combo as a pop filter for my Blue Snowball USB mike to save money, but for $5.33 on Amazon. I thought.... give it a shot. Was I glad I did. Same day delivery was nice. (I bought it with other items.) After some use and a few experiments, it is safe to say I have seen the last of my old homemade pop filter! This works as well as my musician brothers $80.00 pop filter. I am not a pro but I do narrate my own videos and animations for YouTube, and the Dragonpad is very effective. It is very sleek looking and the arm has a rubber coating that slows rusting. My pop filter has banished hissing and lisping sounds that appeared when pronouncing letters like “s”, and the popping that follows letters “p” and “b”. The pop filter is double layered to filter popping accurately, also preventing any spit from damaging my precious microphone. (I have been known to spit sometimes.)The gooseneck is 360-degree flexible, being extremely convenient for use and easy to handle even for me... : ) . The swivel mount provides a nice lock that attaches the entire pop filter to the surface where you attach it to.For the price you can't go wrong with this gem. HIGHLY recommended.Edit: I discovered that when blowing through the pop filter screen, negligible air passes through. I guess that's a good thing! : )Five bucks! Cheap and Functional
It works quite well, due to the positioning of my microphone I end up talking directly into it most of the time and I am not all that quiet. In recordings and with the people I have talked to they don't get the hard 'p' sounds from me and I haven't detected any myself so the screen works well. The actual device which holds the screen is fine, but the bendy bar will fall over in certain positions because of how it's attached to the screw on clamp. The bar itself is just screwed into it and that's it, it really needs a nut or something to hold it in there better. I didn't see any pieces that would have come with the package to do that so I used one of my own that that did solve the problem (manufacturing tip maybe?).The clamp is great and it will hold IF you can fen angle it to a good position, since every mic stand/setup is going to be different this is a difficult thing to achieve making a universal clamp. I only have the one microphone, it was quite fiddly to get this to stay on it but once I got it on I can definitely say it's not going to go anywhere.

The filter does make a big difference!
The same day I ordered the filter I ordered aCAD U37 USB Condenser microphone. Or was it the microphone first and then the filter? I'm not familiar with any mic or as a matter of fact any recording instruments. This is my first attempt at the whole process. I have a good friend who is in the recording business whom I turned to for help. After listening to my ideas of what I wanted to do he gave me the name of three good microphones and suggested I do a little research before purchasing. The one thing he did point out was no matter what I purchased I should get a Pop filter to go along with it. I had never heard of such a thing but took his advise and ordered thisDragonpad Pop Filter. Well my new computer system came in and a couple of days later a good supply of acessories from Amazon including theCAD U37 and the filter. Being handicapped I must rely on others for everything from opening the boxes to complete setup of the entire system. I also need to use voice recognition software which is the reason for the recording equipment. Once the computer technician left I called my sound expert to set up the mic, filter and software. The mic is USB so that was easy as well as the software. He waited to attach the filter until we could check everything out. Once all was set up we tested the mic and software and all work fine. We did some simple voice recording as well and all seemed great to me. Then he attached the filter and again made similar recording tests. The difference between the unfiltered voice recording and the filtered recording though not day and night was still much better with the filter. Now I understood why the filter was so important for him to recommend. There was no cracklings, no hum or noise like breathing, background noise like the stereo was almost non existent and my voice actually sounded better. For the cheap price of the filter I believe it's worth every penny. Set up was as simple as attaching the clam and adjusting the screen. I read that some have trouble with the attachment and I can see why. The CAD U37 comes with a tripod like stand and attaching was simple. Perhaps a different stand could make a difference for those with this problem. All in all the filter does make a big difference and I'm very pleased with the purchase. This item was purchased without any financial considerations and full Amazon retail was paid.
