Actual dimensions of icon: 3 13/16 x 2 11/16 in (6.9 x 9.6cm)Dimensions of peg at longest point: 1 13/16 in (4.5cm)(It says these are handmade, so if they are hand-cut, as well, then this may vary...but I don't think they are hand-cut; see below.)These are pretty good quality.The image is printed directly on the wood, not hand-painted, though I don't know what method of printing this is. (At this price, I would not expect hand-painted.)There is no veneer applied on top of the image, and this is not (as many icons are) a glossy, printed image glued to the wood. It is directly painted on the wood, and has a matte finish.These appear to have been cut and sanded by a machine, but I can't tell for sure. The sanding is not as smooth as one would get by sanding it by hand.This wood is fairly knotty, so the image will appear irregular if it is printed over a knot. I thought I had a smear in the image at first, but it was actually an area that was printed over a knot.The bottom edge is flat and slanted, so that when you put it upright with the peg, it lays flat on the slant. See images.The peg fits snugly, but is easy to remove.I can confirm that there is no picture hanger on the back: if you want to mount it to the wall, you will need to put it on an icon shelf.I'm honestly not certain to what degree these are handmade, but they are good enough quality for the price, and I feel satisfied with the value.I did knock one star off because they need better product images. In the images taken above, the Η ἈΝΆΣΤΑΣΙΣ appears (to me) to be indented, as if the letters were hand-cut with a knife and then hand-painted. This is either a visual illusion, or they stopped doing that; the image is directly printed on the wood. I still think it's a beautiful piece, I just think they should update their images or provide more detail.All in all, I am very happy with this. I put it on my nightstand, so I can see the Resurrection, every morning, when I wake up, and when I go to sleep, for the rest of my life. It brings me comfort in the morning, thankfulness that He has awakened me to begin another day, and at night, knowing that whether I wake up or not, I will be with the Lord.
