What temperature should I store this?

Hi. This is a very good nutrient. Local temperature is fine. I just recommend you to find a dry place to store. Good fermentation to you!

I´m a schnapps maker, and some times I have problems with fermentation, usually it stops too earlier. This nutrient helps with this?

Yeast nutrient can be quite helpful if used properly. Staggered additions work the best. I add half of the doseage at pitch, another 25% when 75% of the sugar is left, and the remainder at 50% left. Depending on what you're making, I've had meads start at 1.210 OG and ferment out to .998 with this schedule.

As an organic compound, once opened, what are storage procedures and shelf life?

I don't know that I can speak as any authority on the subject, but I can tell you I store my Fermaid O just like I do Fermaid K. In an airtight plastic container w/screw top lid, at room temp (about 65°F). I believe it's got a dated expiration on the bag, I don't bother looking at mine because I tend to go through it pretty fast.
