In the right side of the clock there is a button, used to adjust the cuckoo ring.one click one ring. Push that button one at a time until you get the correct amount of cuckoo's for the time. For example,push the button 10 times at 10 O'clock,then it will match the time correctly. If more questions,you can send email to us ,we will send more details.
