I am a big time snorer and my partner hates it. I got these in hopes that it would help at least just a little bit. I must admit it felt super weird for a few days but after that I couldn't feel it at all. My partner is happy and so I am because I don't have to hear the complaining anymore lol.

I can only attest to the nose clips portion, because I didn't have to try to the nasal dilators. I generally use one of the special mouth pieces which position my lower jaw ever slightly forward of my upper jaw. It works too, but my mouth is always fatigued from the strain and the inside of my lips are irritated for several hours after I remove it. I didn't expect these nose clips to work, but I haven't snored once since using them, and it's been well over a week with several nights where I was exhausted and would normally snore.The next time I order these, I'll just go for the clips and not the dilators, but I wanted to have a backup plan this time!

They didn't work for me and I forgot about them and missed the window to return them.There are 2 separate gadgets, one bull-ring kind of thing that has magnets on the ends so that it will stay on. It stays on well but didn't help my snoring. The other gadgets are plastic cones that have holes so you can breathe but I didn't like them, too restrictive for breathing.I should've known it was too good to be true.

I totally got fooled by all the positive reviews, but this kit doesn't really work.The main issue is that the nose clips and nasal dilators don't really stay in place that long, they naturally come out even if you don't move that much at night, And when you do you will spend the morning trying to figure out where they ended up in your bed or on the floor.Really disappointing.

I have been using the nose clip for over a month. My partner says he sometimes still hears a bit of snoring, but nothing like before. The biggest surprise for me, though, was that it keeps my nostrils moist! No more dryness waking me up and causing pain. This is a miracle as I've spent many years using nose sprays, coconut oil, etc, to no avail. This simply works!

This thing seriously works!! So I ordered these because I wanted to stop snoring and see if this small device could solve the problem. I haven’t used the plug ones only the magnetic nose clip. It is so small almost looks like a nose ring but it is great. I have used it for two nights and everyone says no snoring at all. Also I seen people saying they fall out I have not had that issue and I sleep wild and on my face. I honestly can’t figure out why these things actually work for me but they do and they come in a small plastic box so hopefully you won’t lose any!

Honestly was not sure if they were going to work but I was so desperate and Honestly regain some sleep my husband snoring was horrible and these have diminish his exercises snoring also uses the mouth tape
