The original Crucial Conversations book has compelling stories, intriguing illustrations, and helpful reflection questions that will strengthen your ability to use these tools.Final note: for those OCD among us, this summary (unlike the actual book) is filled with grammatical errors, which are distracting and can slow down your reading.Happy reading!

Good and short summary of the full book and each chapter.

I like these summaries for a busy person it great you can get a lot of knowledge from them is a short read. This crucial conversation provides insight Into how to deal with the tuff conversation that come up in our day to day life and how to navigate those conversation with easy and strength. After reading the summary I might go read the full version a lot of good information

The full version book has some great information, but has too much extraneous information. While some of the examples of situations were illustrative, many of them just seem pointless and were a distraction from the main theme. My main issue with the full book is that the authors seem to restate the same idea over and over. This summary book boils the content down to the important facts and tools needed to improve conversations and is quite honestly a much easier and coherent read.

Crucial Conversations is a great book and this book created an efficient way for me to review the content. Glad I got it.
