Good product for the price. Great customer service. The first one I ordered broke within a day of it being in use. I don't know if it was a bad batch or something else but the company sent a replacement so 5 stars for customer service. The product itself is basically a plastic like shell with a glass layer covering the outside. But for the price your can't beat it.

Perfect. Received it today. Looked up a YouTube tutorial on how to open the back on Samsung S9. Used the heat gun I had and the tools that came with this replacement kit to pry open the old one and put everything back with the new back. Looks brand new and can't tell if it is original or replaced. Very impressed.

While this product was easy to install, getting the original back off was a bit tricky. The seller includes a phone number and email address so you can request instructions, but they never sent me instructions. After watching a few videos, I was able to tackle this project. Make sure you wear gloves, have a few extra guitar picks to toothpicks to keep the lid lifted and some fine tweezers handy! Also be prepared to have tiny shards of glass everywhere.

I thought people couldn't read in my town, I guess that's wherever you go, I ordered 2 of the s9 backs and when they showed up, they were both so backs, total bummer, because now I have to return the things and order them wait another 3 days for the right thing to show up... poor quality control
