Hard Wax for Hair Removal, Rose Pink Wax Beads for Sensitive Skin and Brazilian Waxing, 10.5 Ounce/bag with 10pcs Wax Sticks

My favorite wax! The price point is great for the amount you receive, and if you have thick hair like me, it works wonderfully for removal. I use a wax pot to heat it to 163°F, then apply it. I remove this wax in two ways: either I wait for it to be dry to the touch before removing, or I wait 30 seconds and use my stick to pull it back. This is one of the few waxes that doesn’t cause me bad ingrowns. Some tips include: always remember to pull low and vertical to your skin, like ripping a check along the pre-cut line, instead of pulling back and up. If you have a low pain tolerance, you can take a pain reliever beforehand, but remember waxing hurts more when you’re pregnant, before your period, and if you shower right before. For me, waxing has become less painful each time. Even after the first time, my curly coarse hair grew back straight and much thinner. Overall, I love this wax from this company. The scent isn’t too strong, nor does it throw off my pH, which is important for my sensitive skin. It has a kind of unusual smell—definitely rose—but it’s not my favorite; still, it’s bearable.

I cheaped out and bought this, instead of GiGi beads, from Sally’s. I can’t say it was a waste of money, but I do like the Lavender beads that GiGi makes, better. These worked, but it was very sticky, stringy and they had an odd “old wax” smell. Something I did notice is, rather than removing the hair, it broke a lot of them. I will say, they were painlessly tweezed out, BUT it’s getting harder for this body of mine, to contort, in order to tweeze my bikini area! J/S LOL I probably won’t buy them again, but I won’t let them go to waste. I’ll mix them with my purple GiGi, just to use them up. July 2022 revision: for thick/coarse hair After seeing I was unhappy, this company made things right! They sent me an upgraded formula of the beads I had purchased. And what an amazing upgrade it is! It was no longer sticky and gooey. It pulled cleanly off of my skin, without leaving any weird residue. This upgraded formula got every hair by the roots and didn’t break it off. Not one did I have to do an area a second time! I am impressed! I’ll say, that I am a veteran when it comes to waxing and this product is highly impressive! My routine before waxing is this: I shower and wash/exfoliate the area to be waxed. Then I apply a pre wax sanitizer. Next, I apply cuticle oil. Yes, I use cuticle oil rather than pre wax oil. Cuticle oil seems to create a better barrier and this wax NEVER stuck to my skin, like others have in the past. Needless to say, this new wax never once ripped my skin, in the delicate places I applied it. (Ladies…you know where I’m talking about!) This wax isn’t scented, so there’s no worry about having an issue with perfume or scents that don’t agree with your skin. It melts beautifully. You’ll be impressed! Great value for the money! I WILL buy it again soon!!!

This wax did not have the gripping power to do the job. It could be that I have the hirsutism of a gorilla. But I’ve used other waxes that are more thorough.

Pretty good product , it stays soft after application and turns into a flexible lastic by the time it's time to remove. Other brand I used to purchase, was getting so hard that before removal it was cracking and not even catching any hair. Would definitely order the same one when I needed. The scent doesn't bother, but be cautious when pulling, because it is soft enough to trick you to remove early and you may end up some burn pattern on your skin after the real skin is peeled wrongly. Happened to me once before but that is on me not the product. Overall, recommended .

I’ve been waxing my armpits for 5+ years and these are the worst wax beads I’ve used. I don’t even write Amazon reviews but I had to write this to deter anyone from buying this. First, it took so long to heat up. I thought the machine was broken because I’ve never had wax take so long. Finally it was heated and I turned the temp down and started waxing. Halfway through my first pit I put the wax on and it burned me so bad. I turned the temp even lower, like basically off, and it felt like it was still getting hotter when I’d put it on. I know my pit is gonna be sore and red tomorrow. I moved on to my second pit and then the consistency turned to this nasty weird glob in the picture, I’ve never seen a wax look like this. I don’t think I even fully finished my second pit because I was just so done with it. As far as removing the hairs, it did an ok job. Had to go over the same spots a couple times.
