Useless for changing light bulbs. Don't waste your money

Works fine with spot lights
Used the blue bulb(spotlight)changer and it worked fine. Need to ensure that the changer is screwed tightly to extension arm and that there is good suction.I used a very light coat of petroleum jelly on the suction cup and made sure that the pin was not engaged to maintain suction as the burnt bulb was unscrewed or new bulb screwed in.

I'm sure it's a great product.
Before ordering , check your ceiling lights first. The smallest suction was too big for my tiny halogen bulb. Also, I realized the halogen pops in... not screws in. Otherwise , I'm sure it's a great product.

Worked great to get pot lights out of the ceiling....no more ladders.
