Love this pillow
Love this pillow!I'm a side/belly sleeper and need a pillow that is moldable to my changing needs.It's very comfy!When brand new the fabric is a little noisy, but I'm sure it will break in and get softer. I use a pillow protector and that helps with the fabric noise.Love that it is machine washable.I found this pillow when I stayed at a Holiday Inn in Palm Springs - liked it so much that I ordered 2 pillows before I left so they would be on my porch when I got home.I plan to buy a backup set, prices fluctuate a lot, so waiting for them to drop again.Very pleased with these pillows!

Definitely NOT the hotel pillow
I searched and called several HIE to try to find the vendor for the pillows on which I slept at the Chattanooga HIE for 2 months while my husband was being treated at a nearby hospital. I had spoken with at least 3 different HIE to learn that different vendors are used at each hotel. This was the closest I could find and I was giddy with delight when they arrived. I am so disappointed, they are nothing like the pillows I wanted. I've read where you have to put a pillow protector on to keep it 'fluffy' so I've ordered them. If there's no improvement, I'm afraid my search will continue.

Flat
These are comfortable, but they get very flat very quickly. I personally like a flat pillow because I’m a stomach sleeper, but these get a little too flat even for me.

I like you can squish it
I alays had a hard time finding a pillow I like. But this pillow works well for me. I love how you can just squish it and it’s so comfy. I would buy this pillow again.I Find I am sleeping better since I bought this pillow. It Didn’t take long for me to get it after I ordered it.

Too flat unless King
Even with a smaller pillow case, this queen is just so flat. We bought a king size one and stuffed it into a small pillow case and that is much better.

Do not buy if you ever want to wash it.
I've had this pillow for 6 months. I decided to wash it and followed the instructions on the label. All was fine except when I took it out of the dryer it smelled a little weird, but felt completely dry. The next day I see that part of the pillow is dark brown and smells so bad I had to put it outside. Expensive pillow that apparently cannot be washed. Strange since this exact pillow is used in the IHG hotels. Waste of money.

Yes, these are the ones, I ordered king and queen size (I took picture of barcode off hotel pillow) to all the reviews that say they go too flat too soon, buy a pillow PROTECTOR and sew/buy it an inch or two shorter than the pillow size. (30X20 pillow = 28X20 protector) that's what hotels do to keep em plumped up and fluffy!! So worth the money in pillow and protector inventment. Husband was thrilled. Wish my bed was bigger so we had an excuse to get more!
