Been using these for around a month now and think they're pretty good. There's no fishy taste or smell you can get from others with them being vegan.I changed my diet around four years ago going to basically vegetarian and I've gradually got to where I'm having more and more vegan food types. I sadly will never go 100% because I can't give up milk or fish, sorry I just can't but every little bit more helps the world spin around as they say.Obviously with being vegi or plant based, you need to up your vitamin uptake. Unless you're dead super balanced that is. These have something I was definitely missing out on the majority of the time which is iron!These will actually help me concentrate on other plant based food types for now. They'll take care of what's on the box and I'll add new meals that take care of what's missing.The tablets themselves are shaped like the Superman logo. At first I thought it was a strange shape but they go down easy as hell.The tub is nice too and easy to contend with. No need to be Hercules or a code breaker finding the right notch to open.I'm going to continue using these because I've definitely felt more energetic. One thing that's happened which I can't say for sure is these is the fact I'm less bloated.My stomach has been brilliant and I've had no bloated discomfort. Again I can't say for sure it's these but nothing else has changed intake wise.

These come in a soft cornered squared top plastic bottle which is an appealing design and it's great that it's made from recycled plastic, but it's the supplements that are obviously the more important part of this review.The supplements are a good size for swallowing and there is no (offensive) smell or taste to them. I also did not experience any form of aftertaste from them.They feature a good balance of vitamins and minerals and I guess the main thing that helps distinguish them from other multi-vitamins on the market is the inclusion of ginseng which is meant to help boots mental and physical energy levels.The Amazon listing doesn't show the actual amount of each vitamin and mineral included per tablet (or the % of recommended daily intake), so please check my photos to see that information as that is always important, especially if taking any other supplements.So far it's hard to tell if that ginseng "boost" works as I can't say I've felt any difference. The fact that they are easy to swallow and are packed with a good balance of vitamins and minerals for daily life means that they still are a good thing to take.

This item arrived safe and well packaged.I wasn't bowled over by this supplement. As someone that trained in nutrition, specialising in the science of maintain a healthy weight and body, these little tablets feel like it is trying to encourage over consumption of nutrients that are only required in tiny amounts - if at all! It is highly debated whether any of these ingredients would actually help. Nothing has been proved outright anyway! Perhaps a ginseng extract will add a tiny amount of pep - but the quantities involved here are minimal.Nobody wants to be consuming additives for the rest of their lives! In order to stay healthy and then maintain that forever, we must learn how to make healthy and sustainable choices through food rather than supplements. All of the body's daily needs can be sourced from eating a healthy balanced diet.If these are nutrients that we really require in excessive amounts (after many more years of research), there are more fun ways to get it - food!

At just under £20 for 55 days worth of vitamins and iron these are at the higher end of the market but as they're vegan friendly this price seems to be about average.They come in a glass jar which is great as it's recyclable and the jar is relevant to the amount of tablets enclosed, no silly huge jar filled a quarter of the way up. The jar is also square shaped in the circumference making it easier to store in a cupboard taking up less space.You are supplied with 110 tablets and two a day are recommended so you get just under two months worth. The tablets are a teardrop shape and flat and measure just over 1cm so they're easy to swallow with a drink.Like all vitamins and minerals it's difficult to say if they're helping or not, the only way to know is if you stop taking them and you notice adverse effects. There's no taste, smell or aftertaste either.
