Performance Is Top Tier but Build is Not
Performance is truly good. No issues at all. It's not 80+ so if you are worried about electricity bill you should think again. As I am not worried about electricity bill, so it doesn't matter for me. CON- The biggest drawback is build quality. I never expected this cheap build from ant. The metal covers of PSU and fan everything is good but the 24-pin connector, Molex, SATA connectors are very poor quality and the plastic used at their tip is very cheap. I have not returned it because I am not going to assemble wires and cables of the PSU every day. It's a work i or you have to perform once a year so ok. Overall rating is 4 out of 5.

It works folks [not dead, still pumping power]
We initially tried everything but the PSU was not working. After doing all the checks like through each n every component checks, we found out that we got a fried motherboard ic due to earlier setup. We thank the team who really worked with us in reaching out n did offer to replace the faulty unit. But the unit works just fine! Thanks a lot !!!

Warranty Claim Denied (Disappointing Experience) Zero star
Ant Esports VS600L PSU - I purchased the Ant Esports VS600L PSU in July 2022 on Amazon India. Unfortunately, the PSU malfunctioned this June 2024. As the product is within the warranty period, I attempted to file a warranty claim on the Ant Esports website. Problematic Warranty Claim Process The online warranty claim process requires uploading photos, videos, and other details. There are no offline service centers available, which makes the entire process inconvenient. I uploaded all the requested information on 18.06.2024 and submitted the claim. However, to my disappointment, the claim was rejected due to supposedly missing photos and video. Concern about Warranty Service This situation raises a red flag. I am certain I uploaded all the required documents, and the website doesn't allow submission unless everything is uploaded. This makes me suspect Ant Esports might be using this tactic to unfairly deny warranty claims. The lack of offline service centers further strengthens this concern. I am filing this review to warn potential buyers and urge Ant Esports to improve their customer service. I have a valid purchase receipt, and the product is within warranty. I request Ant Esports to: Acknowledge the warranty claim and review the documents I uploaded (which I am confident are complete). Provide proper warranty service, which includes repairing or replacing the defective PSU. I have attached a copy of the purchase receipt and the email notification of the rejected claim. Recommendation Due to the difficulties I faced with the warranty claim process, I cannot recommend the Ant Esports VS600L PSU or Ant Esports products in general. Buyers should be cautious of potential warranty issues and the lack of readily available customer service options.
