Bic Cristal ReNew Re-Fillable Pen and 2 Refills, Black Single Pack,501036

I like this pen a lot. The pen body is metal and has some weight to it. The cap is plastic, but works fine. The refills that it uses are standard Bic Cristal ink, so they work perfectly fine. I like how stable the refill is in the pen and the feedback you get while writing.

As a life-long pen collector, this was a fun addition to my collection. Classic Bic Crystal design, but made from aluminum, rather than plastic. Too bad that Bic USA doesn’t sell this. Mine is imported from Europe, at 3X the normal price. Com’mon Bic USA, make this a regular item in the US.

What’s there to say? It’s a BIC ballpoint so you know it writes well. The silver color body makes it stand out from other BICs. The included refill is nice to have. Don’t know when I’ll need it cuz these pens write FOREVER.

Thought this may be cool, it’s not lol. The cap is plastic giving it a cheap feel. The body is aluminum and the pen itself has an ejection button for the ink cart. Problem is, my ink cart falls out sometimes without being triggered. It works just like every Bic Crystal ever, maybe a little dryer than usual. Difference is it looks like it’s been spray painted silver

They market this like regular Cristal pens aren't refillable, but it's trivial to pull the refill out of a Bic Round Stic or another Bic Cristal, so I don't know what that's about. That said, this metal body is a little heavier than a Cristal and kind of a treat to write with. The mechanism to push the refill out is totally unnecessary, but it works fine and, perhaps, some people will find it easier to use it than not to. The pen comes loaded with a medium black refill and the box contains two more medium black refills. The refills are available for purchase, but we've all got plenty of Bic pens floating around the house. Just take the refill from one of those when you need to feed this metal Cristal. Around here, you can get 10 Bic pens for $1 when the kids go back to school. The rest of the year it's maybe $3 for a pack of 8 or 10. Either way, it's way cheaper to buy a pack of donor pens to get the refills from than it is to order the refills directly. And you can choose your tip and ink color if you buy a pack of pens. If you want to order refills, all I can find are medium black. A shame, really. Anyways, this metal Cristal is a nice pen to use for when you want something just a little heavier than a regular Cristal. If you like Bic Cristal pens, then you'll probably like this as well.

I love Bic pens. Then again I Love all kinds of pens. This one is really good. It’s a metal version of the classic “Cristal” pen. Really a very nice pen. The cap is plastic though. Probably a safety feature in case it gets stuck in your throat. If you’re looking for refills, just buy some of the plastic Cristal pens and use the ink refill. Also, there is a small button on the side of the pen that you can use to remove the ink refill. Really a great pen!

Absolutely great pen. I bought it for work. It was gone in less than a week under my watchful eye knowing a customer was going to nick it. That should tell you everything you need to know

This pen brings back so many memories. I prefer the bold ink, but I was able to use the bold crystal blue ink and use as replacements with only adding a little tape to add diameter.

In 1944 when Marcel Bich bought the patent to ballpoint pen from László Bíró im sure even he never saw the lofty heights that the great classic Bic Crystal would sore from the back of almost every office draw to the mysterious often forgotten abyssal depths found within the worlds many oceans the Crystal has been one of the greatest contributors to plastic waste ever invented as a pen it is often used to wind cassette tapes, open envelopes, remove gum from under tables, scrape strange subsidence's of surfaces in movies and even when all other utilities go unused to write words. Indeed after over 8 billion produced world wide the Bic Crystal may well be one of the most successful commercial products ever produced. Known the world over as the cheap pen that you bring to work to stop your coworkers from stealing your good pen. the Bic Crystal is an unremarkable pen that produced a reliably consistent line without being scratchy. however in recent time it appears may companies are facing a long delayed reckoning with their history of environmental damage as so the time has come to present solutions to old problems and the Bic company are no different in this regard. The Bic Crystal changes almost nothing about one of the worlds last remaining classic industrial designs the two major changes are of course replacing the clear plastic body with Aluminum thus eliminating the ability to judge the remaining ink level by sight. and adding a catch to eject the refill to allow it to be replaced (after the first two refills i have not found any for sale). However rest assured it remains just as easy to loose ans the classic plastic model but and the writing experience itself remains unchanged.

For those of you that manage to break the plastic ones without finishing them, (I can't be the only one) these are perfect. Tried a few refills from other Bic biros and they all fit. Nice weight and balance. Great little pen.

Bic Cristal kalemleri bir çok insan kullanmış ve de seveni çoktur diye düşünüyorum, işte bu sevilen kalemin metal malzemeden üretilmiş bu versiyonu da oldukça güzel olmuş, çünkü kalem ağırlığı nedeniyle daha kontrollü ve eli yormayan yazıma imkan sağlıyor. Diğer renklerdeki Bic Cristal kalemlerin refilleri de tamamen uyuyor, belki bazıları çok az gevşek kalabilir ancak sorun teşkil etmiyor, metal gövde içinde gayet güzel yazılabiliniyor. Amazon üzerinden satın aldığım 199,90 TL. olan içinde bu metal kalem ve iki yedek refill olan kutuyu, başka bir online ulusal satış web sitesinden 97 TL. ye aynı gün satın aldım. Kalemi beğenerek kullanıyorum.
