Mudras For Awakening The Energy Body Cards – December 7, 2015

I’m really impressed with these cards! The illustrations are beautiful and the instructions are clear, making it easy to add mudra practice to my daily routine. They’re compact enough to take on the go, and I’ve noticed a positive shift in my focus and energy. Perfect for both beginners and those experienced in mindfulness. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Absolutely love these cards. I've been doing them in order but once I'm done with that I'll grab one at random.Anyway, I feel amazing! I do it either morning or before bed for 5-10 minutes.

I like the way this is conceived and executed. The mudras as presented according to the chakra that they enliven or clear. The art work is really nice. The booklet is interesting to read through and the cards are sturdy and nice to hold. Good job!

The 1st time I saw these cards, they were in the Blue and Red boxes. I didn't know the difference at the time but I do now. This blue box is the 1st one to get. It covers the mudras that most people need now. Its the beginning or start. The Red box you get after you have gone through the basics and cleared what needed to be cleared from yourself. The red box is next level. You can go out of order but you should stand before you run. Love both sets and I use them personally, with friends and with clients.

This is my second deck. Love the cards. Easy to use and great description of mudra on the back of each. The creator has an Instagram account and is the bee's knees. The guidebook is quality. I can't stop giving the cards away. I slip them into greeting cards and even customer orders. You do not need the guidebook because the cards have a mudra on one side and good description on the other, but the book is a nice companion.

This gives me the opportunity to do during my meditations and I love it!

The media could not be loaded. Why does this card have 12 petals instead of 10. You'd have a five if this was correct.

I wanted to learn about mudras and found this deck! It is a great way to learn and the mudras are powerful! I really love the artwork, the descriptions don't the back, and the expanded meditations in the book.
