This stuff has gotten rid of our fruit flies! However there are a few tips that you have to follow. You have to pour it down every drain in the house - I usually do it at night so it stays down there all night. Also it helps to cover the drain ( preferably with a stopper) so the fruit flies can’t come back up while the treatment is going on. Also make sure to put all fruit in the fridge and don’t leave anything on the counter. And empty all the trash cans and put them outside.You can repeat the treatment a few days in a row if needed.I definitely recommend getting the larger size of the liquid as it’s a better value.

We had trouble with fruit flies for 2 weeks and day by day the number of flies started increasing, we used vinegar, it caught fruit flies but the number of flies keeps on increasing. Got frustrated with these tiny creatures in the kitchen. I have new born at home and worried. Started searching for good product and luckily I found this product, I received in just in 1 day after I placed the order. I used this liquid in the kitchen sink and about 4 consecutive days and did see the magic. I don't see a single fruit fly now, iam still using this brilliant product daily a cup in the sink since 1 week. This really was a great product! We had a serious infestation of fruit flies totally out of the blue, no clue why but WOW IT WAS HORRENDOUS!!!! I have absolutely no idea why we had such a bad case of them but it was horrible. I am talking TONS of those nasty critters… literally hundreds!!! Ughhh!!!!! ! I bought this gel drain product as well as fruit fly traps for the counter. As a sidenote **do NOT buy the RAID apple countertop traps. They are USELESS and do not work at all.** The countertop traps we bought were I believe TERO (?) and they were also shaped like apples. They worked great. To use: I washed all of my dishes, threw out all trash, cleaned my counters etc. then I was ready to start the process. I used this drain product; it is a thick gel substance and doesn’t glug when pouring which is nice…. It pours nicely and you want to be sure you don’t pour straight down; when pouring hold bottle close to drain opening and sort of circle around while pouring to coat as much of the internal drain as possible as opposed to just pouring straight down (hope this makes sense!) and used the apples on the counter as well. The apples came in packs of two; I bought three packs and used two packs so four apples placed around areas I saw these nasty fruit flies. I saved a pack along with half of a bottle of the drain cleaner. Anyway, within three days the infestation was gone. I was SHOCKED at how effective this drain cleaner Tero apple combo was. I was so pleased with this purchase and I recommend anybody to buy this. Just make sure you clean your dishes and your sinks before using and I highly suggest getting counter traps shaped like the apples as well but please do not waste your money on the counter traps!!! Pay attention to the brand!!! Stay away from the RAID brand. I promise you; they are so useless I couldn’t believe it. Totally totally useless! I will buy another bottle of this gel drain cleaner/fruit fly killer because it really made such a difference. I will keep one on hand and hope I don’t ever experience this infestation again but if I do, I know I’ll have this product to get rid of these nasty fruit flies. They are disgusting and I have no idea where they come from; I am assuming the drain, but they are impossible to get rid of and the multiply like crazy. This drain cleaner/killer is a great product and so effective. Again, I highly suggest getting the counter apple traps to really tackle this problem… maybe the gel drain cleaner alone would be great but I had so many of these flies, I wanted them GONE. Using both took care of my issue and trust me; it was BAD!!!! I am thrilled with the results!

I used the product for a few days. I still have gnats. I was excited after reading the reviews and the alleged money-back guarantee. Maybe that is not where the gnats are coming from in my situation.

I'm still in shock at how well this product worked! I went from being exasperated by those nasty fruit and drain flies to having zero in my house when I applied this product to my drains.These fruit flies normally surface out of nowhere at certain times of the year. We're a Jamaican family and so we keep our home very clean. We looked for rotting fruit or anything that would have attracted these pests into our home. We found nothing that would have served as the source of the problem. We mixed up apple cider vinegar with dish soap and this killed some but left the vast majority still buzzing about. Virtually all the fruit flies were gone and just a few here and there. We're now on day 2 and there's not a single sign of fruit flies anywhere. So, if you have any reservations about this product, don't! It's a life saver!
