Zennery ScentBall Aromatherapy Diffuser

I don't like that the plug doesn't rotate. This is really inconvenient for us because all of our outlets are horizontal and the felt pads fall right out. Also, the pads don't fit in snugly. The oil I bought didn't keep its scent for very long...like less than 2 hours. I'm not sure if it was the oil or the temperature of this diffuser but the scent completely changed and I didn't like it anymore.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I purchased one, and I absolutely LOVE it. I am coming back for 3 more. Maybe the other reviewers didn't use a quality essential oil, but this makes my whole room smell wonderful! Thank you Zennery, for such a great product!

There is no "on and off" switch, so it is not as functional as I would like. The scent is not very strong since there is no reservoir for the oil, and the little pads just soak it all up and don't really diffuse the oil. I won't go to the trouble to return such an inexpensive item.

Not pleased with this purchase. You can't adjust the plugs to where they sit one on top of the other (they only sit side by side) and literally none of the outlets in my house are this way. I can't use this unless I get an adapter.

I liked the concept but it does not put out the aroma like it needs to, can’t smell it much of at all....I ordered 2 of these👎🏼

can't say enough negative things about this product highly disappointed.it smells like it is burning lavender oil sometimes if you can smell it at all

Not good

There are two main issues with this device.1. It seems to work intermittently, most likely by design. That said, there is no outward indication of when it has heated up and when it is not, so it is impossible to tell if I have a dud or it just works poorly. And there is no way to "turn it up" so that it is more aggressive in its heating.2. I have it plugged in inside our bathroom that is about 50 sq feet and the scent put out by it is barely noticeable. I have to get within a few feet before I can smell it, and even then it is weak. I had hoped to cover the litter box smell, but it isn't nearly strong enough. I also tried it with two different oils from different manufacturers to verify that the issue is with the unit, not the oils.If I were just looking for something to impart a very subtle aroma, then this might be the right fit, but it is insufficient for my needs. I will be trying an active misting diffuser next time.
