No, I'm sorry we do not. The updated image has been submitted to Amazon but they haven't updated it because there are so many different sellers on this item. The white version is all that is manufactured now, you might try asking the different sellers on the item but we are the manufacturer and we do not have any of the old style left in stock.

Q: too large for a small mouth ?

Too big for kids. Just a note the bristles are hard
