Ninja no Yugen

I read a couple sentences to my wife and she asked me " is this book about Kim Jong Un?"... that is exactly how this book feels. Western instructors have this tendency of out do each other, trying to prove who is the most devoted and who get "more secrets" from Hatsumi sensei. I am not familiar with this particular instructor but his writing is just painful to read, the level of praise for Hatsumi sensei borders in to the ridiculous. Things like " he is a wonderful man", "the light of the world", "my soul tremble when I listen his teachings"... and so on. And the book itself? well, if you missed high school ethics 101 this is for you. Nothing "secret" or "advanced" here.Read it and judge for yourself but do not expect any "secret teachings".

Obtuse ramblings of Bujinkan religious cult. No useful information. Like Hatsumi's books, a lot of vagueness with no point. Short essays on how enlightened and godlike Hatsumi is, expousing peace, love and harmony, healing the world, etc. Nothing relatable to actual Ninjutsu. Waste of money.
