I did not know that people with high blood pressure couldn' t take This product, i Heard it could cause you the death if You are dealing with blood pressure situations ! I took it several times and i began feeling strenghless so i stopped it.

Take 4-5 after eating something with fat in it about an hour before activity (doesn't have to be a whole meal, usually I eat a piece of cheese, meat, or a glass of milk--it helps your body with absorption) if you want some "help". Otherwise I take 2 before work outs and notice much greater pumps. Over my test period, around the end of week 3, it became clear that with a stack of Vitamin D, Beta Carotene, and L Arg, increased my libido in combination with exercise.

Unfortunately for it to work you may have to take 6mg which is 12 pills a day. They are large pills. But it does help .
