Didn’t last long
Got a good 6-7 months and then it just died. In the middle of a meal. Never used it in a dishwasher. Never fully submerged it in water. Thing just stopped working.

Temperature
I honestly love I got one of these In general but I wish it had two different temperature controls because if your not using one without the other it stays on and gets overly hot very easy. BarelyNeeded to even let it get to the one setting.

Pulls power but works
We only use it on 1 and it gets super hot and can cook everything. It turns off when reaches temp but if you put it on a higher setting and outlets aren't great then could trip something. So 1 is enough to get it boiling soup and cooking the beef, pork, shrimp, clams and easy to clean after.

Pay attention to the size
The size of it is compared to a big silver bowl you have at the top of your cabinet lol its not big at all pretty small.

You can’t pull out the soup bowl
We like it but it’s awkward to clean because you can’t remove the bowl it’s all one piece and the Bowl is bizarrely very small and so is the grill space.

Very deceptive
The temperature will automatically shut off even when the food not cooked and will take a long time to come back on. Very disappointed in this product
