Was used for just 3 days before the zippers stopped working properly and came out of place. Now have to wait for the seller for days to provide a return label so I can ship back and hope to get a refund. If the product is used in any way they may give only partial or zero refund even if product is CLEARLY cheaply made and defective after just a few uses. Not sure if they even cover the return shipping fee.

The media could not be loaded. The item is exactly like the photo. My daughter loved it and it’s the perfect normal backpack size to fit all school stuff laptops etc.
