This product is fine. Easy to swallow. Has no flavor. Just a pill to swallow. This product does not stop hot flashes in the night as I had hoped. I gave it a month. I was still up a lot in the night with hot flashes. Last night... about every hour. The product has melatonin in it so yes you do fall asleep easier. Not what I needed though.

i suffered from night/cold sweats for unknown reasons for a long time. i found these and they genuinely do work. they may not completely get rid of the sweats but they definitely helped. after taking these, my night sweats were less frequent and less severe!
