adidasMen's Gazelle Shoes

Do these have extra white laces? Gazelles are supposed to have a pair of laces that match the color of the shoe and a pair of extra white laces.

Are these narrow?

I am a size 7.5 in womens and size 6 in mens. should i order the size 6 (d) m or the 7.5 (d) m ? it does not clearly indiciate whether mens or womens.

Are insoles removable? The older version was non-removable, but don't know about the newest version.
