Good Quality Box
I found this small unit easy to work with. It’s a sturdy simple design. Had to add the ground bar separately and the lug. There are a good number of knockouts, top, bottom & sides, that are easily removed. The larger knockouts have a couple of additional rings to accommodate various size conduit. It’s very easy to knock out these rings so use care so as not make an opening more than you’ll need. Use Siemens breakers that are very easy to install. Well sealed outdoor use design.

Good sub panel, half price
Came with a little broken plastic part that didn’t effect safety because they don’t put a screw in the faceplate for shipping. Installed it, got a return, replaced plastic and shipped back the broken part with second panel. Nice panel though, copper bussed.

worked perfect for me
Worked out great for my 220 sub panel no grounding bar but not needed just used the neutral bar as a ground bar and also installed grounding rod to the neutral bar turned ground bar, as I not need a neutral for my 220 sub panel install I also used the bonding strap provided to the many pre drilled holes covered by the small stickers to further ground the box.

Used to power hot tub
Used this box to hook up my hot tub, it doesn't come with a ground bar that is neeed for the GFCI breakers. I purchased a Siemens EC1GB82 Ground Bar Kit with 8 Terminal Positions and mounted it on top the box.The box is a little big compared to the hot tub original box, but a replacement was over $500 dollars so I opted for a cheaper alternative, my hot tub requires two breakers, one of 30 and one of 20 Amps.I powered the box from the house main breaker using a 50amp breaker ( remember not to run more than 100’ of wire to the su-panel) I wish I would have ran bigger wires to use the spare circuit for an outlet or to power a light and a fan at my gazebo. I have to stay with the 50 amp breaker because the wires going to the box are number 8.
